Ron seemed confused now. He hadn’t heard that part of the story. Then again, it had to be bullshit, right?
“Is that true?” he asked, turning to Megan.
“It was an accident,” she replied, feeling both angry and embarrassed. How dare he question her and how dare she turn the tables like that? This was HER revenge, damnit!
“Oh sure,” Deanna continued. “You probably did it on purpose. You probably do it all the time. Pants pissing baby.”
Though she was sure Deanna was only saying it to hurt her, Megan knew there was truth to her words. It made it difficult for her to shrug them off and denounce them as lies. Worse yet, Ron was now watching her instead of Deanna.
