n. NOTE: Paula X was asked out of the car and asked to “walk” for a sobriety test. Additionally, the officers asked Paula X to place her hands on the top of the trunk lid with feet shoulder-width apart. The officers told Paula X that this position prevents any quick movements, thus minimizing the chance of a weapon being used against an officers.
